We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

To Return an Item:

1. You must have your original receipt or order confirmation. Items purchased online must be returned to the store.
2. All merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.
3. Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
4. If returning by mail, you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item.
5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For online orders paid by credit card or PayPal, once the return is processed, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. For defective or damaged items, we will gladly exchange for the same item or issue a refund.

Exchanges:

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability, within 14 days of purchase.

Final Sale Items:

All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
